Click “Forgot my password?” on the Action ID login screen after you click on Login with Action ID on oklahomavan.com to start the password reset process.
Remember since you can no longer log in with account name, do not click “Forgot my password?” under the login for VAN Account Name on oklahomavan.com to start the password reset process because you will not be able to login with account name even with a correct password.
